The Obama government is introducing an "attack" on the Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D programs as part of Obamacare that will lead to greater expenses and less healthcare options for seniors, according to a U.S. House subcommittee.

The administration is silently presenting "policies that would weaken the integrity and success of the Medicare Part D program" according to the subcommittee. Head of state Bush signed Medicare Part D into law in 2003 to subsidize prescribed medicine expenses for Medicare recipients.

The new rule "would revise the Medicare Advantage (MA) program (Part C) policies and prescribed medicine advantage program (Part D) policies to implement legal demands.
